*Annual Meeting Update*
Dear Meridian Place Homeowner(s),
As the managing agent for your community, Meridian Place, we are sending this letter to all homeowners on behalf of the board of directors to inform you that due to the current pandemic we are all currently dealing with, there will NOT be an in person 2nd Attempt Annual Meeting. We feel that it is in the best interest of the community and everyone’s health and safety that we conduct any needed business via email and or direct mailings. We understand that everyone is doing everything they can to remain as healthy as possible and we do not feel that it is necessary to risk anyone’s safety.
Since there will not be an in person meeting, we are asking that homeowners fill out the enclosed Proxy Form and send it back no later than September 15, 2020. Please use this form to serve as your vote.
Last year, we were asked to add another position by a member of the community. Since we are required to have an odd number of members on the Board, we voted to create these two additional positions. The titles of those positions have yet to be determined. If we do not fill both positions but fill only one, we will then create a Special Committee so that they can help with Community Events as well as help the board oversee the look, feel and sustainability of the community. In regards to the current Board members, each one whose term is expired is eligible for reappointment to the board of directors and need not stand for reelection.

The Annual dues for Meridian Place HOA are $225.00
You can setup an account and pay online anytime by visiting the “account” page.
The 2020 Dues were mailed February 1st, 2020 and Due as of March 15th, 2020. Past Due Balances incur Late Fees and are subject to be sent to the association’s attorney for collections if not received by March 15th.

Early in October, homeowners received a postcard in the mail asking for input regarding the noise barrier wall. You may view the map as well as the postcard that was sent by clicking on the links above.
Your opinion is vital to this project and we are kindly asking you to take a few minutes to follow up with us using one of the options below.
In order to respond, you can
- return the postcard you previously received in the mail
- send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and if you are in favor of a noise barrier or not in favor of a noise barrier
